We hope you are safe during this dire time and the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
I wanted to reach out personally and provide you with an update regarding Deel operations. We recognize you and your team rely on Deel services now more than ever, and we're proud to serve you and will continue to deliver a service that meets your needs.
Given the nature of our business, we’re in a strong position to continue operating without interruptions and do not expect the coronavirus to have any impact on Deel's platform and services. Thankfully, being a remote-first company, we did not have to transition to working from home and our operations remain intact.
Additionally, we do not expect our AWS hosted infrastructure and our banking partnerships to be impacted by the current situation.
We recognize the current situation might impact some of our users financially, and if that happens to you and your team, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We will do our best to support you and offer help in any way we can.
